Storing Shisha

Recommended Posts

I use some glass containers I bought at Walmart. They were about $2 each, but they look nice, and they're glass so no residual smells after cleaning. They work great for me. They hold a bit more than 250g, too.

I found great Tupperware type containers at the 99 cent store that I keep Nakla or Tangiers in. They're perfect for 250 gram boxes broken down. And I can also drop in the entire tin of Starbuzz for an extra flavor lock. I also found little plastic containers in sets of four that perfectly hold my 50 gram samples I order to try new flavors. At the same 99 cent store. Fusion I find works just perfectly in the plastic tubs it comes in so that I store "as is". I love Fusion tubs. They come with the product. They're thin enough so you don't feel like you have to wash them out and reuse them. And they're pre-labeled on the outside so I can tell at a glance what flavor it is.

I have clear containers like the ones that Pharohs uses for their tobacco. Perfect to hold 250G of Afzal Mintos and I just break up the top layer asd I go.

It has a nice seal and looks cool.

I use glass jars here are a few in this pic, my new hookah btw, diff base, green one that was going to come with the KM was ugly.
I use glass air tight jars, smaller hold up to 250 grams big ones hold like 500 or almost.

I am going to start using plastic freezer bags for the shisha then put them inside the jar so the jar stays clean, plastic bags, get dirty, easier to mix.

no, the furniture is a cheap table for hobbies and other bullcrap, I would rather not play with shisha or coals or anything on any of our expensive furniture, I would rather not have another post like others due to F*** ups and burning holes in 5000 dollar couches n shit.

Two Razan hoses on their way, and a funnel bowl =)

But my glass jars are nice, I will check out those lock n loaded ones. Edited by Milk With Pulp

Hey I just stole a table from the lace next door for the shop and put it in the middle of my shop so people can smoke all the time in the front of the shop. lol

On a lighter note the MGR said we could but she saw nothing Nothting...

See your move inspired me my man.

Kudos for a great idea. I wonder if i would get in trouble if I painted it next. lol

I have tried a few storage methods for my shisha and one thing I can tell you not to do is put it in the fridge. I think it causes humidity shock even to non Tangiers tobacco because of the extreme drop in temperature. Just like when you put leftover food in the fridge with plastic wrap and you get condensation buildup. I tried it a few times but the shisha just didn't seem to smoke the same afterwards. I recently purchased a foodsaver device which is one of those devices that lets you put food in special plastic bags and then sucks all of the air out and heat seals it shut. The device also has a hose that connects to the lids of these special plastic jars and tubs and sucks all of the air out. I find these are the best to use and to just leave them at room temperature. You can buy one of these devices for under $100.
