I always smoke on a full stomach, but no matter how much I eat before hand, I always have an extreme rage of hunger after I smoke...


Maybe because the smoke deprives the body of oxygen so your HR and metabolism speed up to make up for the lost oxygen?

Science Ninja time!! If i had to guess i would say it has to do with the blood sugar drop you get from the nice dose of nicotine you get from smoking hookah. I personally get hungry while smoking, and after im sleepy and thirsty

so maybe eat some fruit or a sweet drink while I smoke? I usually always have water during my sessions.

Yea i usually eat a bowl of ramen then smoke Or drinking something with sugar in it while your smoking or after usually helps too (EL drinks Tea the whole time).

eat a piece of candy before you smoke iono what it is but having sugar in your system doesn't let the nicotine in the shisha mess your body up.

I have a 400 Pound plus guy here he says he gets a little hungry when he smokes Hookah. But then again he is over 400 pounds, you do the math. lol

All I can say is, huh?

It's the sort-of the same for me. I smoke full and finish smoking so I get hungry but after eating like 10-20 Tater Chips I go right back to being full again and all is good with the world.

I myself have been getting the dreaded munchies late at night =)
I cannot complain though, have had some amazing food to eat at night and it's awesome, smoke a few, get hungry, sit down and just relax and stuff your face.
