jerrysalem
Tonight I had a friend over, and I set up my Mya Gyro as best as I could. I have it 'down pat' for a great smoke, I know how to set everything up by myself.Being that it is two of us, I used another bowl, the bowl that did not come with my hookah, because it was bigger to hold more shisha.I used the same amount of coals and everything and did not overfill it. The result was that it tasted burnt, and was not fun. After a bit, I exchanged this big bowl for the normal Mya bowl that came with the hookah, set it up as I normally did, and lo and behold, a great cool smoke with lots of white smoke. This may be helpful to someone, so, if you have a setup that works, keep it. SafeSearchOff
its all about toggling your different things. certain bowls require alot of heat, some not at all. for example, my phunnel requires about 1.5 to 2x the amount of heat my Mya bowl does. i have shallow bowl that takes less than a coal to run. heat management is a make or break for hookah. It was either very little smoke or too much burnt smoke. I also used Romman apple and I am getting tired of the stuff. With the Al Fakher mint it was great with the Mya bowl. Also, I don't know if anyone else experienced this, it was the first time I used my Mya Gyro as a two hoser, and it was useless with two hoses, not enough suction. Went back to one hose and all was well.
SafeSearchOff
were you plugging hte hoses after taking turns? if oyu dont plug hte second hose, the air will take the path of least resistance, and go through the other persons hose. put your thumbs over hte tip next time.i 2 hose-converted my QT. its amazing. Jamal
Ever considered that you could have packed the bowl too much or too little, in the majority of cases when over packing I find the inhale to be hard for me, yet with under packing I find the inhale to not have enough smoke.Anyways I know experimenting can be a waste of time and good flavour! but it can be the key to a great sheesha.Jamal
