I didn't like it that much. The camera was making my head hurt in some parts and the fact that they decided to not focus for two minutes made my eyes hurt too! Didn't like the ending and the lack of any information about the monster sucks too.

The only thing that happened after the screen went blank was my friend saying. "I better not see any fucking credits" and the credits rolled in and he just yells "Fucking god damnt" and everyone laughed Edited January 24, 2008 by voski

If you want to know more about the monster you need to do the viral marketing. There was TONS AND TONS of it. My fiance was enthralled with it since the preview at the transformers movie.

If you want to know more about the backstory you have to visit. You learn about Slusho, you learn about the japanese oil company (the tanker at the beginning of the movie, you learn about the monster, where it came from, why it attacked the city, more back story, i knew so much more before I went to see the movie and it was awesome to find the things in the movie and know what was mostly going on!)

I dont know about eveyone else, but i go to movies to ESCAPE homework, not to do more of it. Viral marketing is cutting edge ad hip right now, I know. But I'll be damned if I have to research a movie that just isn't all that great to begin with in order to halfway enjoy it.

the movie hurt my neck man like that stupid camera was never steady and sometimes it was like sideways so i had to turn my neck it got annoying

there were only like ten people at it when i saw it but no one knew what to say, my friend couldnt talk about anything for like 15 minutes on the way home though
