anddy
I have a couple 50 gram boxes of Afzal tobacco and I don't know if it's the normal shish or that tobacco-less crap. The box does say flavored mollasses tobacco on it but there is also a silver metallic sticker on it that says SoeX...I haven't tried any of them yet, due to no coals, but just wanted to ask that.. jeans_redux
I'm pretty sure that it's normal shisha. It's what I love Blackberry is phenomenal.
Gold Wing Gunner
does it have the tobacco causes cancer warning? or a nicotine rating?
jeans_redux
On my box it saysComponents:Tobacco * Molasses * Presevatives * Natural FlavorsSo yeah, this is legit shisha I think the Soex sticker is referring to something else?Edit:http://www.soex.com/tobaccomolasses.htmlSoeX is like the company that manufactures both Afzal and SoeX brands of shisha. Afzal has tobacco, SoeX doesn't. Edited January 25, 2008 by jeans_redux
MechAnt
Jeans is correct. Soex makes herbal and tobacco. Their tobacco line is called Afzal. It's just they are known for crappy herbal when they make ok tobacco.

gr!m
Tried Apricot, ChocoMint, and Vanilla. Flavor is good but dies out really fast it seems. Also not very moist. Packaged well for 50g packs, comes in mini zip locks.
Sonthert
Devil's Playground loves Afzal, from what he told me. I tried two flavors (of course, it was at a trade show and they had NO idea who I was) and it was definitely different than Tangiers. It was much light, probably the lightest bodied sheesha I've tried, with a light flavor. There's some people who will definitely like it.

The Devils Playground
If the package has lots of writing on it Its tobacco. If its mostly devoid of writing you got herbal and just hate your self in the morning. Wow gone for a couple days and I can`t die. everyone quotes. Me so heres the real dealio. Eric is right. I swear by Mintos. I use it as Hookah bait. Yes I smoke it all day and night in the shop. New smokers will start with it because it`s light. It has a good neutral taste. On a differnt note I tried Tangiers and it was amazing Mercino cherry was to die for until the bowl went bad then I almost died. It was so funny. It would go in smooth and I would think okay its okay this time. And sure enough It would kill me exhaling. lol The tobacco is good It was just a dumb ass using it Yes I am said dumb ass. What makes matters worse it was so good going down I kept trying to not waste the bowl and keep smoking it. I had a long talk with Eric the mad scientist behind the brand and I look forward to meeting him and learning how to smoke it so I can sell it locally. But for now I will bring in some small lots this week and sell them only on line through a secondary dist in La. Eric if you read this slate me in for a couple bowls in March and a order at the same time. lol
ukhookah
This is the worst shisha ive tried. Its dry, dull flavour and hard to pull. im not bothered bout the cloud issues, but since this shisha is so dry it just dosent burn well at all.Rubbish shisha.
