It seems that the more potent the tobacco, the more sick I get. If I get really hazed or buzzed, I notice that I get a bad stomach afterwords. Beer preference depends on the shisha flavor EDIT: Casual beer drinking. I can't imagine drinking a 12-pack first would help. But after a while I would start eating Mozzarella sticks or Doritos and drinking some juice or tea or something. After a while of that you should build up a tolerance.
