OBY
Where can I find the people that make them? I found the small size works the best for tangiers. 2 of those and it seems to work perfect. They burn quick though and leave lots of ash.Would like to contact the makers if possible. austinthecity
I bought some of the Taru 40mm and hated them. They burn a lot quicker than golden or 3k and don't give off as much heat as other coals when they're smaller. As far as where to find them.. sorry

I don't have any problem with them other than they burn quick... for some reason they are the perfect coals for tangiers. (For me anyways)

ZenSilk
Damn man, i've only heard of them being sold at local places, that's wher emost people buy them. A kid from Cali came over to my cousin's house and had a couple rolls of those coals. I thought they were eh...nothing special. I think the best place to buy them would be some tiny unknown Indian/Arab shop. Aren't they Chinese QL?
gaia.plateau
Going on the name alone... dubious sounding coals. Edited January 29, 2008 by gaia.plateau
Sonthert
Just get any old quicklights and break them into smaller pieces....BEFORE lighting them (I can just see a lawsuit coming...with some guy in court, hands bandaged up, brought in with a wheel chair )3 Kings are good...those Dodo are OK, Lihnaris are made small, like you're talking about, and they're good.
