My order was incomplete, didnt recieve the rubber stoppers for the bowl, base, or my 3 hoses, which are supposed to come with the free starter pack! Also i didnt recieve my free brush, and my charcoal tray doesnt fit right, its lose and dented and scratched to hell, very poor and deep dents and scratches on it! everything else came in the starter kit and the 3 free coal, tobacco, and shisha for their sale thing! I was satisifed with the shipping part it was fast and as promised 1-3 day of delievery and it got here on 2/1/08 and it wasnt to be here till 1/4/08. so i liked that part, but what does that do if your order is incomplete and now you have to go through all this to get the peices i need to even use the damn thing, so that whole customer satisfaction i had is out the window!!!! I sent them a nasty email, for some reason the damn support ticket is down so i cant even do that so great job hookah hub i hope everyone reads this before buying, cause all those free gifts dont mean shit if u dont pack them. excuse the language but i am pissed seeing as they build you up and then disappoint you in the end! So they better rectify this with free shipping on those parts, refund of the shipping i already paid, ship the missing parts with their fastest shipping avalible, and more free gifts cause i really dont wanna have to order more shit through them unless this is fixed with the things i want and how i want it. Canon Posted February 2, 2008 Share Posted February 2, 2008 Calm down.. its not the end of the world. im sure they will give you what you paid for. you shouldnt demand more free stuff, if they want to offer it to you then they will. unlike alot of companies most online hookah companies will take your word for the missed stuff. ive had good exp with H-S, H-C, and Smokehooka about fixing their mistakes. people are human./agree with what JD said Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
