Stinkyfisherman
ok so i was wondering what about keeping your shisha in the fridge? Cuz i think would keep it cold and in a nice mild-munidity. would this be a good idea?
VDDZ
I keep my stuff in the fridge, don't really know what that does for it, but I does make it keep longer, as far as I've seen...
dushira
From what i think i have heard, it's generally not a good idea. I never did it and i don't see the need to. I just put the shisha in air tight bags or containers. It's better to keep the shisha at room temp...
Canon
tobacco and temperature change doesnt mix well. its best to keep it at room temperature. i read a post about this along time ago, but if you take it from the fridge the tobacco goes into shock and the smoke isnt as good. SafeSearchOff
refridgeration dehydrates pretty much everything. shisha relies on water content/moisture from glycerin, mollasess and honey. not a good idea.

TheOneNonlyTK
i used to keep mine in the fridge but after forgetting a couple times to put it in there and smoking it i found that it is better just at room temp for the best smoke sessions
shisha fan
it`s not a good idea to store shisha in the fridge because the air is alot drier than usual, causing a humidity shock.
dushira
I remember a website that had a "smoking tips" section. One of their first so-called tips was "always keep your shisha in the fridge" or something like that.
Snoopy1966
I agree with everyone, do not keep the tobacco in the fridge. It just makes sense to me.
Tikhman
I'd agree with that.I'm in MN so about a week ago the outside temp was around -10 to 0 degrees. It just happens that my shisha order came during one of the colder days and sat outside for at least 6 hours. My poor starbuzz Still plenty of smoke but almost no flavor now. gr!m
I keep mine inside their original containers but I replace the baggy with my own ziplocks double bagged. I'd suggest keeping it room temperature, the cold will kill the flavors. Too fix lost flavors just keep it in a warm room for a while and add a tiny bit of molasses or glycerin if it has dried a little. Just my two cents. hookah hippie
never inside the fridge...last night I was at this party or small gathering and this guy was setting his hookah and after he packed the bowl he put it in the freezer I almost crapped myself...though I am trying to be nice because he says he can get starbuzz at 6 cans for $
shoresidejake
i keep mine in the fridge. i have some flavors that are still going strong after several months. the ones that become a little dry, i simply add a little honey or glycerin and mix it up, and it's as good as new again! i think however, i'm going to start keeping my shisha at room temp... just because i never have and curious to see how much better it smokes. i have like 20+ various flavors and brands in zip-lock bags IN storage bins in my fridge, even have thier own dedicated shelf, lol
