How To Clean My Hoses?

I have had my hookah for a while and alot of ash has accumulated in my hoses. I understand that these traditional hoses arent washable, but what is the best way to clean them?

Blow them out as best you can....maybe knock the hose around a bit too

As mentioned, blow throw the hose as best as you can.

Grab both ends of the hose, and start 'smacking' the hose against a wall a few times, then blow through the hose again.

Repeat until satisfied with results.

...??? I'm gonna ask the obvious question; how on earth is there ash in your hose? I'm not even that talented XD And yea there not washable, i would suggest going for one of the washable hoses on the market right now, especially the nammor hose. Its my current favorite.

i just hook up the air compresor and blow threw em

run water through it, then blow it out, and let dry

i squirt lime juice into the hose and let it run back and forth through the hose while i hold both ends with my fingers. then, i blow it out. the citrus juice acts like soap, kind-of

if i wash any of my hoses with water (washable or non-washable), i always take it out side and sling it around my head, in a circle very fast to get all the water out. if it do this, then i am able to smoke out of it right away. i do not suggest this for a non-washable hose, though. i suggest hanging it up to dry in a warm place immediately after washing.
