Wind Covers?

so i have a question about wind covers. are they really worth it? i now have a orion III from social smoke and i love it. smokes great. but i was wondering if it would be worth it to use a wind cover. i did not get one, but thinking about it. can someone post up their opinions on it. and what it actually does. i smoke in the house and not outside so i dont see a use for it unless i will get killer amounts of smoke from using one.

I use the bowl/cover combo. with double foil instead of the screen with smaller holes. One ql broken into quarters and it lasts a good 45 minutes. Great smoke. It reduces the amount of coals needed. Healthier? Possibly, but it's lower maintenance for me. I'm a newbie and it works for me.........
