I could be wrong, but I've always heard this is the correct way to smoke. You smoke only using your right hand and out of the side of your mouth. This is because, according to Middle Eastern culture, the left hand is unclean and smoking from the middle of you mouth means you like to smoke the man sausage.

well, im left handed... pfft also i beleive you should hold the hose like a woman and not sticking out right angled to your elbow like some sort of cigar, that imo makes you look like you like to smoke the man sausage

one of my friends from bangladesh always told me that in his country poor people pick up shit from the streets with their left hand
