Elky
So I was breaking up some lemonwoods to start me session and as I was wresling one of them I felt a sharp pain in my hand. I looked down and pulled a needle out of the brick. What worries me is that it is a surgical needle, or a syringe tip....

hookah hippie
Wow I would be pissed that's a load of crap to find a needle in your coals. Had you ordered a hay stack I would have expected it
Elky
I'm not worried about health issues from being pricked for a few reasons, it didnt get me deap, didnt even bleed. Second, the heat they use to make wood into coal is hot eanough to sterilize shit like that I would think. I sent them an email to see what they say. Elky
If I had known what it was when I removed it I would have left it, I thought it was just like a staple or somehitng till I dug it out.
Snoopy1966
That is some scary stuff man. I hope you are OK. Really you should be seen by a doctor right away to be sure and then you also have some sort of documentation of this.

mackiain
Wow, probably just nothing. I wouldnt even worry just some crap that got stuck in the coal during processing obviously.
PhishPhood
You sure its not a nail or something that may have been pounded into the wood previous to processing?
Elky
Nope, unless theres a new kind of nail thats hollow and has a slant cut at the end. My initial reaction was ho, must be a staple or somehitng. But when I looked closer, sure eanough, some kind of medical needle.

Please do post the response you get like someone else said. Also, for your sake, go get checked out. Better to get some blood drawn and be sure than have it turn into something months from now. Even if you didnt bleed I imagine it broke the skin which means it was still under atleast a few layers
