I just recieved the replacement today and let me tell you, this bad boy is THICK. the base on the first one was thin and had a hairline crack but this one is thick all the way through and i am VERY happy with it.I also recieved two egyptian bowls that were discounted because they were slightly defective. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL there are hardly any defects, just on the glaze but who cares.I also ordered a kilo of exoticas that came today and i am happy to say that they are PERFECT. no smell, no nothing no cracks, no water damage. in summary, h-s ftw Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've been corresponding with their excellent customer service for a while. I recieved a package for a replacement part, but it had been torn in shipping. I pay the premium on shipping from the US to Europe because I know the quality. Yes, the warehouse is an issue, you won't get this, but they sent my package to Switzerland instead of the Czech Republic but it got here fine in spite of that a few days later. They also jumped the gun and shipped out an order I had cancelled but Chris again was a gentleman and because shipping from here back to the US is a fortune we worked out an amicable solution. Most businesses I would not budge an inch for but for Chris, I am glad to because he truly is out for the customer and not out to rip you off.I am expecting next week 250g of Al Fakher Mint and a phunnel bowl. And a Mya QT which I don't need but everyone raves about them so I will add one to my little collection (Mya Gyro, hobohookah is what I have now).
