Every order I have made with HS has had a problem and since I won't need to be shopping from them any more I won't it just isn't worth the hassle. The customer service is good though.

Hookah Company is my favorite right now, the customer service is great and it takes less then 24 hours for my orders to arrive!

I'm assuming HookahShop refers to hookahshop.co.uk, they're awesome. Neal gets my vote too for checking up on my order +after+ I recived it, simply emailed to make sure I was happy

Also big thumb up to shisha-world.de! They get my bussiness everytime (it doens't involve tobacco!)

PS: Can I somehow put in a negative for AFOnline? I know I'm being vindictive, but I'm still fuming over the lack of email responses and them sending me a sub-standard hookah after I explicitly emailed them to check it over before sending. Jezessh! Edited April 1, 2008 by manic007

I can only vote from personal experience (and did). I have never had a single problem with either Hookah Company or Hookah-Shisha. My only regret with HS is that they use UPS and I always have delivery issues with UPS. HC uses FEDEX Ground as their standard shipping and since I'm in Southern California it's automatically overnight.
