addicted2shisha
I'm looking to buy a new hookah and it's getting paid for sooooo i have a wide variety of choices! Not sure whether to get a mya or KM shisha. Mya hookahs in my opinion look much better than KM ones but iv heard KM smokes the best. Looking for a reliable vendor as shipping to the UK... Really need your advice on which hookah to get and where from!

r1v3th3ad
I just thought that'd be awesome, to smoke and as a show piece...bonus...doubles as a coat rack lol
addicted2shisha
My mate had one not as big buttt big enough- came up to the shoulder. Excellent showpiece but shockingly bad smoke...
r1v3th3ad
I could imagine it being a bad smoke, long way back and forth for the smoke to travel...enough time for it to go stale. Probably would take a lot of heat management as well.
Texico
I think the forum consensus is that large hookahs tend to smoke slightly better than small hookahs. Keep in mind, though, that this is the range from about 26"-35". I've never smoked out of a KM, but watching Codename067's videos and hearing the praise from other forum members makes me want to get one as my next hookah. Mya's are cool, but I like the traditional look of KM and MZ egyptians and also of syrians (which is what I own). It's up to you, though, as Mya's are still very good pipes, and I'm sure if you learn well then you could get a Mya to smoke just as well as any KM or MZ. Go with what you like the looks of best. Canon
Myas-Look the best, have common chamber so purge sucks and smokes ok.MZ- look good, have a machine made look to them (but they are handmade) the stem doesnt feel very solidKM- nice traditional look, stem is sturdy, smokes well, huge base.Syrian- heavily built stems, a little bit of a tighter pull and purge isnt that effective. they are known for their beautiful stem designs.i prefer the KM over anything because it does have a traditional look and you can get the best smoke from it.if you want the best looking hookah go with MYAif you like heavy hookahs, syrians are your choiceif you want somethign that looks pretty and smokes nice go MZ. Scoop
stay away from mya.the common chamber is practically impossible to clean and you will never get rid of the gunk that gets trapped there. inevitably this will ruin all flavor.i have a mya, its nice to look it but im not gonna be doing any smoking out of it. i use my syrian for that. Added some tobbacco to make the order worthit. Thanks for the advice- think KM will be my next purchase!

HookaholicDOTcom
Regardless of brand, in my opinion traditional hookahs smoke better, especially the newer ones. Modern Hookahs are good but they don't give you that big thick smoke you get with traditional hookahs. Whatever you get make sure it has a very very wide base for more stability.Good luck
