Howdy everyone , Just thought I would do the formal intro thing.

I live in Raliegh, NC, by way of NJ, been here a decade now.
Been in love with Tabacco in all her lovely forms for about 12 years now.
I've only recently discovered the joys of Hookah in the last 4 months or so.

I am a "do it yourself" kind of guy and a man of modest means so my
daily hookah is a homecrafted one. Don't worry it looks respectable and
rather pretty if I do say so myself. No pics yet but as soon as I get
some and learn how to post them I shall do so. Working on a few pipes
that just might turn the hookah world on its ear.  One has three
chambers, three hoses, and will be about five feet tall.

Anyway, as so this doesn't drag on too long, I've been reading the
forum for a couple of months and yall will probably see me on here
quite a bit.

I'm also in Raleigh by way of LOTS of different places...
I know I'D like to check out your home made hookahs and pipes...love seeing what folks have come up with.

Hey Mushrat, nice to see someone local. With all the folks on the forum
from all over the world running into someone from the same town is a
little unexpected although hookah really is catching on down here. I
think there are 2 cafe's on hillsborro st. now, and the guy that runs
Harhar intenational market over in Mission Valley is planning on making
space to smoke there in addition to just selling hookahs and other
goods.

I can't say I'm scotch man, but smoking the hookah with some new folks
is allways nice, exspecially when I don't have to give the usual "this
is how it works, this is what you are supposed to smoke in it, no it is
not illegal" speach. As for beverages I usually like ginger ale or tea
with hookah, when going out I'm usually a beer drinker but sometimes
have a mixed drink.

Glad to see you have hookah inovations brewing.... sounds like we might have lots to talk about in the future RE: design and function.
Hell. we might be able to join forces and conquer the world!
