Shopped At Allstarcigars.com Anyone?

Eh... you really do get what you pay for... a $30 Chinese hookah won't be that good, in my opinion. Spend a tad bit more, especially from a reputable site like:

Hookah-shisha.com

shopping.socialsmoke.com

HookahCompany.com

... and get something that will last you awhile.

Be ready to spend at least $50 for a good Egyptian/Syrian/Mya.

There are also several small sturdy hookahs by Mya, the QT,solo, razo. etc...

I think that hookah you linked may require special hoses...anyone else recognise the hoses with the interior extensions that won't fit any other hose?

I would stay away from chinese made hookahs unless it's a MYA. My first was the 12" pear from Hookah-Shisha, and the stem started to corrode within a month of normal everyday use. I also cleaned it properly. You'll be VERY happy with a real egyptian made hookah. Check out Caravansarai on ebay, I got my hookah from them for $26 (29" Egyptian) and I LOVE it. Then buy a phunnel bown and Razan/Nammor hose and you'll be set for a good long time.

ph34r.gif edit:

I also just had to say this. I HATE when retailers cross out a supposed "retail" price and add their price then saying you save "$x.xx" amount of money, because that is almost always a load of steam bs. Edited by gr!m
