So Do I Have A Tale To Tell

So, wow, to being me and a few of my friends and my GF decided to go midnight bowling last night (12-2); had a great time it was really fun. To bad i suck royally at bowling but ohh well. So the night goes on and we decide Denny's it is at 2 in the morning. We done this all before, usually theres a nice bar rush with a bunch of hilarious drunks which are pretty entertaining.

So we had been kind of loud and immature, we do this once a month so we need some laughter in our lifes, so to everyone around us we were prolly a bunch of immature drunk/high kids, which i assure you we weren't not either of those, i guess so many people can't goof around and have fun without them.

So get our food and eat up, gotta love denny's, finish up and go and pay. THEN, go to walk outside, theres a few people out smoking cigs, even though you can smoke inside? idk what they were doing, this little thin short haired "wigger" (i apologize for the word but seriously he was) any ways he looks at my GF and says "Wheres the party at"; my gf said nothing and he started walking towards her, i got in between them and he was like pressing up against me. My friends as i said are a tad immature and after hear the wheres the party at thing one of friends replies "In my pants". The guy like freaks out which one of you niggas said that shit , blah blah whos got a party in there pants. As this is happening me and my GF run past and head to our car, then realize this guy is giving my friends a hard time and all in there faces, so we run back to them and hes start yelling ohh you come out here running like you going ta do somethang, ohh totally forgot to mention he was drunk as fuck and on something. Then his friend was in his car starts helling "what the fuck is giong on" and my gf "yells back were trying to please and get you friend away. My friend who said the in my pants thing is like apologizing for saying it and explaining it was a joke, shook the guys and hand and was about to walk away and the kids punches my friend in the face.

Then were all walking to our cars and he comes by mine, im getting in and he kicks my car door while im shutting it, nothing serious but i naturally got pissed and get out of my car, then he got all over me and punches me in the face, this whole time all of us were like dude we just want to leave, please let us leave. I guess ill shorten it up, by the end of this, i got my car spit on , door kicked and punched in the face,, along with both my other friends getting hit in the face too. we all drove off and yeah, then we call my friend and hes tells us my other friend is at dennys because he called the cops and was talking to them.

So after all this shit happened the fucking cop gave him a hard time, acting like it was our fault, they caught the guy but my friend didn't want to press charges(he didn't know 2 other ppl got hit) but the cop then tells him ohh im glad your not because your not really a reliable witness or something and a lady inside said some arguing was going on? (my gf beggin to guy to let us go?) he was fucking crazy, and the cop asked my friend how much he had to drink, that really pissed me off because we hadn't and the other guy was so drunk and hiped up on something it wasn't funny, i thought he should have got a ticket for something, pisses me off.

I've had tons of experiences like this...

Lets see...Back when I was a mall rat. My buddies, my cousin, and I walked 5 miles to the mall every friday. At the end of the night, we go to the Denny's next door, sit there, smoke...about 15 of us and only $5 worth of stuff bought. Anywho, this kid we all knew well and was/is our friend, was "talkin smack" at my cousin. Now my cousin is not someone you mess with. Big kid, not heavy built, yet all muscle, looks like he is on steroids. Anyway, he was saying that he screwed my cousin's gf or something along the lines(wouldn't surprise me is she cheated). My cousin stomped outside to smoke and cool off, the kid followed. The kid realized he did something wrong and tries to make amends...At this time, they are out back of the Denny's. The kid shakes my cousin's hand and my cousin pops him in the jaw, knocks out his two front teeth. Kid runs into the bathroom, everyone is trying to figure out what happened, and someone called the cops. My cousin takes off in the 'burbs around the area, sticking to the little bit of woods there is. They find him and a lil NHT on him and he is screwed. This was back in '03 or so and my cousin is still not allowed to be within the limits of Pittsburgh. He can't return until after his probation finishes when he turns 21(sometime this summer). Since that time, the kid has "made amends" with him supposedly, so my cousin comes around, but the kid's mom reports him. Its a shitty situation, but I thought it was one to tie into Denny's, miss hangin out with my cousin.
I've had enough similar experiences from back in the years when I was a member of the NHT subculture(that is completely out of my life now). Like one time we were upto that and some drunk kids approached us. Didn't let them in, so I ended up with a knife to my throat.

I like to drink, was drunk last night, but hate dealing with drunks.

That sucks dude. I had a similar situation happen six months ago at a grocery store. Some guy kept on using the word "cunt" while I was in line with my girlfriend, so I turned to him and "politely" asked him to watch his fucking mouth. Now usually, I can make a heart skip a beat when I get angry (275lbs with unkempt hair and a beard), but the guy (half my size at least) didn't hesitate. He clocked me on the lip and cheek, and proceeded to push me asking if I wanted to go outside (around two inches from my face the whole time). Needless to say I got put in handcuffs for head-butting him and spitting the blood he caused to pour from my lips onto his unconscious face. I chose to press charges though where I also find out he's a military recruiter. He tried the same shit in court, but we settled at 4000$ for my doctors bill and the grief he caused me and my loved one. This is not the first time I have had similar encounter, but it is the first time I got angry enough to fight back. I guess by telling you this I'm saying you should have given him a proper lesson with your friends, and reaped the benefits of our legal system afterwards. Hearing this story that you told strikes a very angry chord in my heart.


P.S: I'm not trying to demean what happened to you by trading war stories. What that guy did to you (and your girlfriend especially) was a total dick move. Edited February 16, 2008 by JtowninAtown

yeah, i was in no mood to mess around with the guy like seriously this wasn't some drunk, this was the fuckers you see on tv, he eyes ill never forget ... he was on drugs and i will put my life on it. and the cop just told my friend he was legal and age and just drunk. all in all i didn't need a fight and i had no idea if this kid had gun/knife , i guess im not the fighting type and everything would have been totally fine if my stupid friend didn't go talk shit, i have a feeling he would have been bloody on the ground from me and my 3 friends if my gf wasnt there, she was yelling at us and telling us to just leave, its over now i guess but if i ever see that kid again i wont hesitate to jack him in the face.

that's not bad advice. The worst thing you can do is antagonize someone and then back down. Humans are closer to wild animals than we'd like to admit, and if you show weakness to one with enmity toward you, more often than not you'll pay for it.

That being said I think the diplomatic course is always the best way to go... especially when you're with your girlfriend.
