A study on hookah smoke

I had an idea about this. They could mean that if smoking a hookah
properly, without burning the ma'assel at all that there is no tar, and
when you burn it this is when the tar is present maybe?

This was just an idea, but I really think that there is still tar
present even when its not burning, just not as much as when burning.

But yeah, I've heard lots of naive people say, "HAY, HOOKAH ISN'T BAD FOR YOU, THERE IS 0% TAR AND ONLY .5% NICOTINE!!
