Drink some water? Deep breaths.

Man... this is like the 10th health problem you've had directly from hookah in the last 2 weeks tongue.gif It sounds like you might need to start taking it very easy on the 'baccy.

In my personal experience, I've smoked as much as 10 hours in one sitting, and as many as 20 bowls in a week... and the only times my lungs have ever been sore were the morning after, and only if I smoked 6+ hours in a row in conjunction with massive alcohol consumption and little water. If your lungs are hurting during or immediately after smoking, I would actually recommend seeing a doctor about it (mind you he's probably just going to tell you to stop smoking... stupid doctors).

Some suggestions for smoking...
- Drink ridiculous amounts of water
- Take shorter inhales
- Take deep breaths
- Try laying on your back or sitting reclined
- Smoke outside or open a window to breathe fresh air

ya man, sounds like me after a night at the bar...there three or four hours and I smoke a pack of cigs...wake up in the morning sore as fuck...
take a day or so off and then take it easy on the size of your smokes for the next few days after...
