EternalSoil
heat it up with a torch.or try to pop it out from the other side.or both.
ryno
the easiest way i've found is to run some hot water through them and poke them with something like a poker on alot of the tongs out there. or you can put the piece to your mouth and suck of blow really hard depending on which side your mouth is on. shoresidejake
soak your stem in vinegar overnight -- then use a torch or lighter and heat the valve up until it pops loose.
Bulldog_916
Pliers. If the stem is anything like mine, the ball shouldnt be deep in there. But if it is, try the above.

Any ideas on how to get em out??Hello. I had the same problem. I just solved the problem! 1) On most hookahs you can use a pair of pliers to unscrew the metal stem (you can screw it back, oh and 4 out 5 of my hookahs you unscrew, the other is welded on)2) Then you can use wd-40 to lubricate it3) If you can't poke it out from the other end (like mine), then use a flat head screw thats small enough to fit into the other end and use a hammer and tap it out. AmunRa
All these are good suggestions. I had a Glyph from H&S with autoseal and my bearings got stuck. Bad. I had to return mine and get a replacement.
