shoresidejake Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 (edited) hey guys i ordered a large phunnel on hookah-shisha last night... scott, john & chris there are super nice and we talk on a regular basis... so they usually get my money. my question is...i was talking to scott just now and he said they are getting small and medium phunnels this week sometime. he said the large phunnel they have is the largest bowl they carry...anyone know how big this thing is? i don't want to have to pack my whole collection of shisha in one sitting, lol... i told him to just keep the order open, and we'll see how i like it... but being sunday (their warehouse is closed today), i still have time to make up my mind.what are you opinions on this particular bowl? is it "too" big? am i getting my money's worth (i think i ended up paying like $11 shipped with discounts) & without a mod - are the phunnels still a good bowl for daily smoke sessions? Shifty Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 This has been an ongoing deal with funnels since their inception. I have all 3 sizes. The main problem is that since they are all hand made, they really can't be sized exactly. The differences from what I have been able to determine is that the larger bowls are slightly deeper and wider. Something to keep in mind of course, is that just because its large, doesnt mean you have to fill it up. My large funnel will hold about 25-30g totally packed with the scalli mod. I have a few buddies that have a large one as well, and if they know all they want is a shorter session, they will only pack half of it. In the end, I would take the larger one over the smaller one anyday, as you can always add less to the large, but not more to the small. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
