I tried the watermelon and it just screamed bubble gum, maybe I just got an off batch. Don't overlook the golden either, golden grape is VERY potent, as is the rose. The esk apple is subtle, but far more pungent than any other apple I've smoked. Golden strawberry is probably the truest strawberry I've ever tried as well.
