If the bed spins, put 1 foot on the floor (yes, this works too!) stops the spinning! Edited February 25, 2008 by HarryTheHookaMaster

MechAnt
Any sort of drink that'll restore lost electrolytes (ie Gatorade, Powerade) will make a big difference. Here's my secret anti-hangover remedy. Vitamin B Complex. Drinking lots of alcohol causes a vitamin B deficiency therefore leading to part of the hangover. Taking one after drinking will work wonders. ZERO HANGOVER. waterboi
Best thing to prevent hangovers is to have a glass of water before you start drinking and then while you are drinking get a water and also right before you go to bed grab another glass of water and you fell great in the morning. Bulldog_916
Water, water water water water! Eat food while you drink. Have salt free crackers. I dont generally get a hangover. Only had one in my entire drinking career.

I like to stick with mango gatorade and aspirin, also super terrible-for-you food (eg. greasier the better)
Sethram
If you know you're gonna drink, make sure you drink enough water throughout the day. Then, the day after, replenish those electrolytes I rarely get hangovers unless I drink wine.

ryno
I usually drink a gatorade before crashing and a arizona green tea in the morning. i know of other things to help with a hangover, but those cannot be mentioned
St. Goodypants
^Agreed ryno.Drinking plenty of water and eating while I'm drinking booze helps me. Green tea also helps a bit in the morning. I usually force myself to eat to fix the stomach if I'm still a little drunk in the morning. Cooking breakfast drunk is great.
