Excellent customer service, emailed personally regarding the colour of my base which was out of stock, i said i would wait and harassed him about a few different issues which he dealt with. He emailed me after personally checking my hookah and after package was mailed. Was disappointed about the the crap forum discount though. Everything came as expected although the box it all came in was almost falling apart, Regardless everything inside was packed so well that even if it all dropped out nothing would have been damaged! Tarik was gona throw in some cleaning brushes but must have forgotten.! Have got no brushes at the moment so cant keep my hookahs clean! Overall very impressed with MNH. Worldhookah is cheap but no forum discount but plenty freebies. HC are also cheap with the forum discount.MNH shipping prices are a lot higher when comparing with H-S or worldhookah on the same order.MNH do offer to price match and H-S have offered some freebies on future purchases. Smoking pink lemonade first, tangiers juicy peach acclimating, SB guava is absolutely amazing, mate nicked the strawberry margarita which smells so good! Everything smells gorgeous apart from the pumpkin pie which i dont think il be able to smoke! I'm looking forward to setting up tangiers later tonight see how it goes.
