A Certain Ratio To Ponder...

Right now I'm in the process of a big order, and from all the research, funds, and other decisions, I've realized that I spend alot of time on hookah, not smoking that is.

What would the ratio be for you guys for= time spent on hookah, not smoking though:time spent smoking hookah?

I'd venture to say mines around 2.5-3:1.

After pondering this order too, I figured out a new party smoking mechanism. I'm going to put another hose(a razan cause they look tight) and reasearve my 20 footer to be passed around to the people who don't help fund the hookah. My special hose will then be kept with me and a select few that have smoked me up in the past.

Not sure I understand your ratio but the idea with using only the good hose for good people is not a bad idea but far from my style. I usually only let certain people smoke my hookah

i thought about this a while ago, when i used to spend a lot of time researching all the various aspects of hookah. i spent probably 5 or 6 hours a week just looking through websites trying to get my knowledge base down, while i only smoked a bowl or two a week, so 2:1 or so.

now that i've done all of my research and have a good base of knowledge, and now that i smoke a bowl a day, sometimes two, it's about 1:4 or 5...

Dang, I'm just now realizing how much time I spend looking at shisha prices, reading up on shishas, packing, different pieces, and all that. It's not a whole lot of time in the long run, and probably not more time than I spend smoking, but still. Hey.

Pretty much the raito measures the time spent on the forum, calculating costs for various items, and shopping for stuff compared to the time spent actually smoking.

For the party thing, I past t a few people, The others with the 20 foot hose past to everybody else. I got tired of waiting for the hose when 12+ people are waiting in line. So, a select few who's helped with funds/smoked me up or the owners of the house I smoke at get the razan, the rest get the 20 footer. I actually like how the 20 footer smokes better than the nammor I tried did. I'm just getting the razan to support MNhookahs and because the handle is better. Plus, the 20 footer will be better for passing to a bunch of people.

The whole fact that some people take the "free" hookah for granted rationalized my decision.

when i used to smoke regularly, almost every night, i would still spend hours upon hours on this site, other sites...all kinds of things just looking up hookahs, looking at new pieces, talking about hookahs. i was about 4:1

now since my oppurtunity to smoke is nill, probably 2:.2
