mathuv Posted March 2, 2008 Share Posted March 2, 2008 My friend has a pipe like their "exotic" version. its not THAT bad but i still prefer my egyptian any day to it. for a start, mine cost half the price of his and is bigger..mine has an easier pull and my grommets are universal, he lost his hose grommet and cant find another one like it and his bowl grommet is basically a thick piece of rubber, its not even cone shaped like a regular one, basically its hard to use other bowls on his hookah. Sorry... just felt like I had to jump on the bandwagon with that one. But nope, haven't seen this site before. Interesting idea, but not well executed IMO. The design kind of hurts your head and the hookahs look cheap (albeit nifty). I'd like to see this done better with some higher quality parts. Interestingly, it has been the special of the month for years now.The hookah hits OK, but it is NOTHING like a mya, or even my cheap egyptian.The base is thick glass, but the downstem and hose connectors are too small to allow proper airflow. One person has trouble inhaling, and it is nearly impossible for 3 to smoke at once. It has never been 100% airtight, even with a lot of touching up on my part.Once my mya gets here, i'm tossing it.
