gaia.plateau
Works great. Depending on the flavour you're smoking, mix it with a little wine, tea, coffee, or juice.

gaia.plateau
Not nearly as bad as with regular milk. I usually use it with my bambino, the base of which is tremendously easy to clean. I would invest in a good brush in any case.
r1v3th3ad
wouldn't you need to water it down too? I know with regular milk you need to because it will bubble into the hoses
gaia.plateau
I like to use 1/2 red wine, 1/2 coconut milk.Perfect base for Mangosteen and AF grape. Would probably be excellent for all fruity flavours, like raspberry, blueberry, etc. Edited March 2, 2008 by gaia.plateau

Balthazar
Don't know about the prices overseas, but up here coconut milk is pretty damn expensive. But it really sounds interesting, so I guess I'll have to try it.While we're at it, are there any other (cheaper) beverages that can make a hookah session more enjoyable? Tea? Has this been discussed in the past?

gaia.plateau
Ditto on the $1-2/can in Central Canada. I use about 1/3 a can in my Bambino, if I'm mixing it with wine.I use tea all the time. Chilled white tea with honey is my personal preference, but I usually keep cans of green tea around so if I'm in a hurry I'll just throw one of those in there. Chilled coffee is excellent. You can use regular milk, juices, whatever you can imagine. Flat guinness is excellent with Tangiers Cocoa. I've heard of people using carbonated beer but have not tried it yet myself. Balthazar
Ah. Then it's a Norwegian thing, I guess. Up here a gallon would cost about 10$.

Eh, the second can I purchased didn't require that. They were actually labelled based on thickness. Wouldn't it just become thick again as soon as you cool it and add ice?
