I have seen these mentioned in some threads before. They are olive-seed coals that look like three cylinders stuck together. I have a box of them but haven't had a whole lot of luck (as compared to Baroody, Sultan, Al-Wady, etc.). I generally use a tray for the coals, and this may be the issue, but they seem to not give off that much heat. At least not as much as they look like they might. Do other users have experiences with these and/or any tips about working with them? At this point I am assuming they will work much better with foil or simply have a their own learning curve. If they are worth it, I would love to keep getting them. They do burn a long time, have no smell or taste, are very cheap, and come in a large quantity.
