r1v3th3ad
So I saw on both of my friends' Mya QTs that they have a plastic grommet. I also noticed that this grommet actually holds the bowl into place...I could punch it, flip the hookah upside down, etc and it would stay there. My question is, will this plastic grommet work for other hookahs, or do they make them in different sizes as to go for other hookahs?...I want oneReason is, my bowl never wants to stay, it loves to slant. As of late, this problem is causing the natural coals to roll of and fall to the floor. Its a bad situation, especially with me gaming.BTW, my grommet is a rubber like material. EternalSoil
well for now you can go get one from your kitchen.its free and looks like a paper towel only smaller.there are plenty of online shops where you can get them, any place you order shisha will have themi would suggest you wait until you make another order.no sense paying for shipping on one little thing. Once I get some dough, I'm getting me a phunnel, some tangiers, that grommet, maybe a couple cobra hoses, and probably a shit ton of other stuff. But ya, paper towel sounds good, never thought of that before.
jfaltous
talk directly to someone at an online vendor and it should be pretty cheap... i'd be willing to bet that almost any of them would just throw it in an envelope and charge you only the stamp cost for shipping. jayson
Even with the grommet, I have to put on a strip of paper towel. My bowl just isn't manufactured 100% right, so that's why that is necessary. I suppose it works better, though, because it soaks up the juices that flow down from the bowl.
