To be on the forum you must be of legal age to purchase and smoke tobacco products. You shouldnt have any problems.

We pick up under 18's [Or under 16's in europe] and they get asked to leave as quickly as reasonably possible.

What you can ask people todo is claim in the email there DoB and ask them to include a statement being over the age of 18. This is diligent enough for samples.

Ya, I've had to do license photocopies for rj renolds, however people are gonna be weary with this just because they will be afraid of identity theft and such.

If you make them sign a discloser or something of the sorts, then you will not be held reliable...there are ways of doing that.

Actually a discloser isn't legal in a court of law without the id...catch 22....

Not that is a huge deal most dont know this but just to watch your ass if sending to NJ the age is now 19....which is bs but just so you dont get in trouble.

They're raising the age? Argh! *Rants forever about prohibition.*

LOL yep sons of bitches...... the ironic part was when this law started on April 15th 2006, you needed to be 19. I turned 18 on April 14th 2006......I was fing pissed I could only buy cigars for a day, so it wasnt really ironic, it was just crappy for me.

That's horrible!

Reminds me of when they changed the licensing laws here in WA... I know someone who couldn't get his license before the laws changed, so he had to go six months not being able to drive anyone under 25, but if he had gotten his license like a week earlier it would've been fine.
