everydayshisha
The laws where i live are even more weird. There is no smoking age(you cant be arrested for smoking even at the age of 10 LOL). BUT the law says " no shop is allowed to sell tobacco to minors. For some weird reason shisha is not considered such tobacco product (because its common were i live) so i could by shisha before i was in legal age.Same goes for drinking. legal drinking age is 16. shops are not allowed to sell alcohol to a person under 18 :/

cartercdad
do we know who is getting the samples?
John Stuart Mill
Various cigar, hookah cites etc essentialy just state you must be over 18 to buy. They don’t require any real identification and remain open. I suppose, a statement with all sample giveaways would be sufficient.
HarryTheHookaMaster
Hell, I'm pushing 40. I can't remember the last time I got carded!
manic007
If your that concerned, and you own some sort of online shop, then you can just ask people to purchase the sample for a token 1 dollar using their credit-card.A credit-card will weed out any under age peeps. And if some kid chooses to get an older person to buy the sample for them then legally it'll be the card owner who is supplying to minors, and not you.N.B. Am I going to be the most disliked person for mentioning this??
