jfaltous
I know many of you have had troubles with FedEx in the past, and of course the best way of dealing with such problems is not a useless guy on the customer service line, but rather their executive team.... so here you have it, a list of all the big shots and their e-mail addresses: http://consumerist.com/363312/email-addres...or-a-fedex-eecb
Scoop
yes, a secretary will read it and give you a standard apology reply.
jfaltous
Actually its by far the most effective way of resolving an issue. If you write an executive to complain, they go to see why and how the complaint ended up with them as opposed to the customer service department, and usually demand solutions which then come quickly. You're not going to write in to executives with a complaint and get a brush-off bullshit apology. These are the people who know that you don't do that if you want your business to succeed.

RayVer
If those emails are public like that I'm sure most of them have been changed. If not they might be emails they dont check because they are flooded with emails.

Place_Name_Here
QUOTE (Huskysibe @ Mar 5 2008, 09:11 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>My father in law works at the corporate office in Memphis, I just e-mail him when there is a problem hehe needless to say, it gets fixed REAL fastwell can you send a message for me. I ordered some stuff off of HC (including a much needed new hookah) on Monday. It was expected to arrive Friday, but was delayed. The customer rep from FedEx said the package would arrive on Saturday. Well i checked the shipping status this morning (sat) and it said it went all the way to fucking Minnesota and is now just expected to arrive at the transit location in KC some time today, and wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday! i do not know if you all know allot about geography but MN is way the F**** North of KC MO. I'm wondering why a package scheduled for pickup in the Mid West is being shipped with a bunch of deliveries from the North-east. I call major BS on this one. O and .. I said i would be more than happy to pick it up when it arrives at the transit station and they said they wouldn't take it off the truck :/its saterday...No hookah for the weekend Edited April 12, 2008 by Place_Name_Here

EternalSoil
could u e-mail him and ask why fedex is no bueno?i prefer UPS cause they get it to my house quick.I do know that the fedex ground trucks are contracted out but still.. the person who has my route is stupid...i hate fedex but i dont necessarily blame fedex itself, just to clarify that.My cousin actually owns a few routes and trucks in Kansas...QUOTE (NickReppinThe909 @ Apr 12 2008, 11:55 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>they are leaps and bounds ahead of DHL or USPS thoughOh man dont even get me started on DHL..this bitch dropped off a printer that came from dell (they use DHL in some circumstances). she pulls up and comes in to ask if we have a hand cart or something cause its heavy. i told her no of course. i said we'll help her cause we knew it was a printer. so while i'm waiting for the computer guy to come help unload it i watch her trying to get it off the truck. So she's scooting it and then grand the handle on the end and lest is slide down the back then drops it on its side from no less than 6" up. I was like WTF?!? so i tell the computer guy than and we make her stay there as we check it out. she is gonna help us open it by cutting right across the big picture and words that say "DO NOT CUT!" needless to say she got really offended when we asked for her name.
