Coals and Foil

Recommended Posts

Heh, the best parts of whole-wood, lump charcoal are the lasting power and the minimal addition of taste (very, very, very subtle).I've tried briquettes (years ago) and wanted to die. I literally wanted to die. You can probably pick up a bag of lump charcoal at a grocery store or at a fireplace store (last resort). We're lucky enough to live in BBQ land, so it's a stone's throw to a retailer. If you guys have a hard time finding the stuff, drop us a line and we'll ship you some at-cost.Also, we've got some Olive Wood charcoal on the site and, although it's a little harder to light (think Old Smokey), you'll get the same benefits from it.-Chris
