guitar_wizard_uk
After smoking is the shisha supposed to turn to crisp charcoal? I read somewhere it isn't actually meant to burn. Mine just turns to charcoal.
slayman1
it is supposed to burn, because you've got hot coals going at it consistently for 2 hours or more,so whoever said that it doesnt burn didnt mean it in that way.what they prbably meant was that its not supposed to burn straight away
mopower84
Basically a correctly smoked bowl should be crisp and charred. when you put the coals on and smoke, it is like "over cooking" the tabacco. This causes all the yummy juices and fruit extracts to vaporize. A bowl that has been "burnt" has gotten too hot and ignited the tabacco like a cigar or cigarette. This makes smoke that is very harsh, and releases many more carcinogens then "over cooking" the tabacco.A bowl that has "burned" would have white ash instead of black charred tobacco.
