This is one that has the an air valve plus 3 plugs in it for extra hoses and adapters. She also bought an extra stem adapter and a hose! how awesome is that? So the hookah is awesome and a great smoke. I love it. The buzzes off of it feels so great and it seems so much cleaner than other hookahs. I love it.
