GiantSquid
So, I don't know if all you guys know this, but I live in NE Ohio, and here in Ohio, we have a pretty strict smoking ban. Now, one of my favorite restaurants is Quaker Steak and Lube, and I like to go to the one in Sharon, PA so I can smoke cigarettes and eat. What sucks is, last time I was there, I asked if it would be OK to smoke hookah there. Well, I got "Well, It would be OK with me, but I don't think I can let you because some of the other customers might not know what you're smoking."Ok see, I understand that totally. You have to keep your customers happy. It's just I really really wish that people would for once stop putting anything that isn't a cigarette into "illegal" category. Eifah
I can't imagine bringing my hookah to a restaurant to smoke as I eat. I think everyone would be stopping me to ask what it was.
Stinkyfisherman
i've even had people at where i work say they'll get me drug tested for smoking the hookah. I was like ok as long as you also test every person who smokes sigs in this place cuz its the same stuff, tobacco. they were quiet after that. jayson
Damn Canon, props man.Living here in CA, I feel ashamed to even light up a backwoods cigar when in public. There is definitely a different attitude about smoking out here... we have some real smoke nazis who are too bored with their own lives so they go off trying to get nanny-government to regulate everyone else's. My town was the first in the country to ban all indoor smoking, and they hold that up as a good thing. Fuck the smoke nazis... let us live our lives in peace. yeshua_cxc
You guys who don't live in CA are lucky to be able to smoke anything at all inside a restaurant or bar. We haven't been able to do that since I was in elementary school (not that I smoked back then), and now some cities have even started making it illegal to smoke inside your own home. F*$%ing CA government.

Bulldog_916
I like CA, and I dont think they'd have a case against you if you decided to light up in your house. You got constitutional rights on your own property. You wont even get cited. Idiots in govt. I swear.
