Alle
I saw someones video on the net about the double foil method. You put on the foil, then you add a ring of foil that keeps the second layer off of the first one.I want to try this. Does it have any different effects?Does it require a hotter coal? gaia.plateau
Really not worth the bother, in my experience. If you're having problems burning shisha, just use two sheets of foil, or a screen then foil, or less coal.
Alle
I'm not having troubles anymore. I just thought it might have some hidden benifit, or provide a different hooka experience.
Voski
it just takes way longer to start the bowl.
BDA88
My friend tried that at the place I worked... I think it sucks (if you're talking about putting the ring under the first foil so it does not touch the shisha). Longer to burn, less time smoking, and it tasted worse. I'd stick to one but no harm in trying for yourself... that's how we all learn anyways
leadpipecinch21
it's not worth it. you need to use more coal, spend more time getting the bowl hot, and waste a lot more foil...not worth it to me.
Alle
Alright, I guess I'll 86 the double foil idea. Thanks.
Voski
I wouldn't call that double foiling. In my opinion double foiling is putting two layers of foil right over each other. I do this and it works good for me. It makes it so its like your using heavy duty foil.
Codename067
I do not recommend double foiling a bowl.Been there, done that, not worth it.
mitchell8621
I guess the bottom line is not worth it
