dank7oo
I hadnt smoked it in a while but maaaaan was it bad ... I love the smell and from what I remeber before it was AMAZING!!! Buttonight it just didnt have it ... I also noticed there were tons of stems in the shisha which I dont recall from any previous smokes ... would those contribute to the bad taste (smoke was thick and fluffy though) it was just the taste which was off.Let me know. Voski
starbuzz doesn't need aclimating you might have had too much heat. Is it peaches and cream or the other one? Make sure your hookah is clean you can get some stanly flavored if its dirty. What coals are you using? Try picking the stems out and see if that helps. Voski
I usually use two 30mm 3kings on my small phunnel make sure they are 100% lit (no black spots and a layer of ash). Goodluck!

Voski
How your packing it and how your holes are would effect how much heat you need on the bowl. I do 3 sets of rings and no hole in the middle, I don't use a mod either. With coconaras I use 3 of them. I'll snap a picture for you next time I pack a bowl. Texico
hmmm....wierd that should work for Starbuzz and 3Kings. Maybe try one 3Kings 30mm and break it into halves and rotate them around the bowl often for the first 15 minutes or so to get the entire bowl heated up. That has worked for me in the past, but I don't buy Starbuzz any more. You could try it, though. I know Starbuzz doesn't really take that much heat to get it going. Raziel510
I can agree with you on the stems part. I loved SB white peach when I got it 2 months ago. I ordered another tin and smoked it last night and man I got really nauseous. Just like you said, there were a lot more stems in this batch than there were in the last tin I got. But as far as taste went it tasted like good ol SB peach to me, just made me really sick for some reason.
Johnny_D
I have heard that [And i am assuming this is not a fresh tin?] that Starbuzz White peah goes 'off' after a while.I know that Fumari's white peach needs to be smoked in short order after opening.Maybe this is the problem?JD
dank7oo
Yeah the tin would have been opened up 7 months ago ... stored in a ziplock container and then in in ziploc bag ...Would there be any way to salvage the baccy with mixing it with something else if its funkyness cant be gotten rid of?? EternalSoil
not sure, sounds weird and starbuzz like.and i hope your large phunnel is actually a medium or your smoking almost a $10 bowl. Also, i dont think the mod fits ont he large so you must have a medium.i would try using the QL in quarters and add them until its going good. then add the pieces up and use halves next time.
