Thanks.

I have a question though:

Right now I'm jogging about 4 times per week and I wanted to know if smoking will affect my physical activity.

Talk to Canon - he's a fitness nut and it does not appear to have done him any harm biggrin.gif

Where abouts on the planet is home for you?

por supuesto no es muy saludable... Personally, I'd recommend against it. Most of the 'regulars' here are in the 20+ age bracket, which basically means that the most intensive growth & developement process is over. While mo'assel and the amount of nicotine it contains seems to be low, I wouldn't gamble being a stump for the rest of my life. I've had friends who began smoking cigs when they were around 13 and eight years later I am more than a head higher than them...

Anyway, estoy seguro k no te importa lo que he escrito, but then again you did start the thread.

By the way, sera dificil encontrar shisha en Colombia?

If I recall correctly, the myth of developmental problems from nicotine and caffeine have been dispelled. It does suppress appetite, so that could be a concern. Edited by John Stuart Mill

Smoking does not stunt your height but the growth of your lungs, smoking young may also cause breathing problems when your older. The United Kingdoms smoking age was once 16 only recently it had been changed to 18. The reason for this was to cut down the amount of young smokers, but if a country like the UK can have the age as low as 16 I dont see how a major problem can occur. But if I was you I would wait till you were around 18/19 before starting anything, or dont smoke too much since your 16. Edited by amnite
