thecoalition
So its been...roughly...3 days without smoking. 9 technically because i dont count the 15 minute session where i called it quits because my throat was killing me. im stressed. i want delicious smoke. im not addicted but this is something im used to doing every night before i go to bed and most days i end up smoking twice for minimum 2 hours. i dont think its a throat infection. i think i just needed a serious break. i mean. 2x daily for the past 5 months or so. yea prolly just needed a good break. i think im going this week without it and then ill be trying again. i also need to give my baby's a serious bath. the nammors currently taste just like k apple and af watermelon if i just breathe through them.i was also thinking that i may just be sensitive to the kashmir line. this problem started only when i started smoking it. perhaps i have an allergy to something ive never had before? hmm....dont know. staygone
You know half the addiction with cigarette smoking is the routine you develop in your life that revolves around such activity.Take a break, find something new to occupy the time spent that was for hookah. No use in irritating your throat more.-QM
