Just because there is no reason to partner up with another company/retailer that sells a substance that is illegal in some states. From what I have seen and read, when hookah is used other than its purpose to smoke shisha just hurts its image. Not that it will be banned anytime soon, but there is no need to add fuel to the fire.Just my 2 cents.MikeEDIT: I was just looking around the myspace page....isnt H-S in Austin, TX? That myspace page was created by someone outside the company that has signed up for an affiliate account through H-S and is trying to make some commission. I have personal experience with this varity of NHT, and like mobbed has pointed out it's severely misunderstood, very much like ma'assal. Technically, cigars and cigarettes are also Non-Hookah Tobacco, and equally legal to the sage-derivitive in question in most US states and in most countries. I consider this to be a non-issue.
