which tobacco? With say, Tangiers, it's made the way it smokes best. I tried cutting it up a few times and it didn't smoke as well.

i mean taking an actual scissor to the leaves while its in the container to make them all smaller

I think it might start to clump together and maybe fall down or clog the holes if its too small. EEEEwww like hookah hookah. Gross.

can restrict airflow if its too finely chopped and mixed with the molasses it will just be a mush

just seperate the leaves, like pull apart the clumps instead of cutting them up.
