Just put it in a container and stir it up really good, and make sure it smells like the flavor says it is. For me in WI I have to acclimate as most do. It helps out a lot to get the best flavors from Tangiers. It will smoke just fine in a ceramic bowl. Just pack it lightly to the top and foil your bowl and try to make bigger holes then you are used too. If you find it harsh poke a couple random holes and maybe manage your heat. What flavors did you get??

Just strawberry. With all the talk of having trouble getting it to smoke good and me being a new smoker i did want to have a bunch of stuff i could not smoke.

I've also read that when you smell it, wave the air towards your nose then inhale instead of smelling it directly.

That's the first thing they taught me at the chem lab... Wtf?
All right, I'm opening my first (but hopefully not last) batch of Tangiers. It's cocoa... any mixing suggestions?
