My Hookah Hose Taste Like.......

Recommended Posts

Well i have not smoked out of my large three hose hookah for the past few months. I went to go smoke it the other day and the hose taste like ****. Tried using a vacuum to no avail. They are washable hoses though. I just didn't know if i could wash it out with something to hopefully make it taste better. They are very expensive hoses so i don't want to throw them out.

wash them with lemon juice, that masks the smell.

lemon juice + baking soda works pretty well imo and doesnt leave much of a smell/taste. beer works well and so does some cheap booze. try using that formula 420 people speak about too. just dont put anything in there that isnt safe to consume/breathe in

I'd washing it with lemon THEN baking soda, not both at the same time. The lemon helps dissolve/reacts with alkaline based impurities, and the baking soda acidic impurities. Well technically that isn't 100% true, since oil dissolves in strong bleach, it's to do with the relative pH levels. But its a good rule of thumb. i generally find that lemon/vinegar is more important for cleaning hookahs.

However, if you mix lemon with baking soda, you reduce the effect of both wink.gif
