mjdx88
Hey guys,I was wondering when lighting natural coals on a coal burner do they smoke at all? I live in an apartment where we cant smoke at all and smoke detectors are everywhere, like burning food can and has set them off. I got a box of coconaras and I would love to use them over the golden quick lites i got and the 3 kings.Mike

antouwan
if you get the coil burner the Coco Nara's will definitely be safe to light indoors. There will be a little bit of a smell, but it will be gone after the coals are completely lit. I lit some in my room, and I know the smoke detector wen't off the other day, but the lighting coals didn't set it off last night, so you should be good. Also with the Coco Naras if you need to for whatever reason, you can sprinkle some water on them and then relight them in a little over a minute. The other day i started some coals because we were about to smoke, and my friends wanted to go grab some food to eat. They insisted on me going, so I extinguished the coals, and upon our return we light the same coals and continued the session
mathuv
if you are worried about smoke, im assuming you smoke outside? naturals dont normally create smoke, if they do its not a good sign
