Phunnel Questions

okay, i get (for the most part) how to pack a phunnel full of tangiers (the piece of paper that the baccy came with was really helpful), but was wondering, if i want to put regular tobacco, like AF in the phunnel...how do i pack it? do i pack it like i was packing the head with tangiers or like i was loading a normal head (sprinkling the tobacco, light and fluffy etc)?

I load my funnel with the mod. I press the shisha down a little bit, not alot but I don't just sprinkle it on there. Works fine everytime.

Ive been packing my phunnel with normal tobacco like I would any other bowl. Works pretty well for me.

I have tried to use my phunnel with regular stuff (i.e. everything but Tangiers), and it never does get going. I discovered here that there is a "mod" for the phunnels, but I have so many other bowls that are regular ceramic and clay bowls, that I never bought one. I am not sure it's possible to get a phunnel going strong without getting the mod. Maybe someone else here has a helpful hint for this.

Someone here hade their own mod, but still...I would say to just use a regular bowl.

ive smoked every tobacco out of the phunnel, w/out a mod.

just fluff it to the top with any tobacco except tangiers.
