Canon Posted March 28, 2008 Share Posted March 28, 2008 we had our room inspections and they didnt like the hookahs, we just got a new dorm manager and he doesnt realize that hookahs are for tobacco only.. so, i convinced them that i should keep the hookahs for now but hes taking it to his superiors and ill have to wait to see if i can keep them.also it didnt help that they found the coal burns on the carpet and i was smoking it when they came in for the inspection.. My RA is freaking cool in that he said if he can't hear, see, or smell nothing, then its all good. Its just that there are some other RA's that really blow. The main thing is that as long as you look ok and not about to pass out because of alcohol, they don't really care. Dammit, I want my argile! You can't even store your pipe in your room. I'll be renting a smoking apt. for that very reason in may. Did they say they would do anything if your hookahs mysteriously disappeared while they were discussing it?
