Rani
I've been a Fusion fan for about a year. Flavors are good overall although there's a failure here or there like every brand, but generally I loved it because it was unwashed with flavors as strong and solid as Starbuzz. At about $4 less than Starrbuzz. So they came out with this beautiful new square tins. They look great but I actually prefer the old plastic tubs because they seem to seal better than tins, but okay I use up shisha fast enough dry out isn't a generally a problem for me any way. But then the ultimate betrayal..... I'm reading the tin and it's .05% nicotine. I double check with two shop owners I know who carry the stuff and yep, Fusion is now washed. Sooooooooo sad..... Oh well, back to Starbuzz and Tangiers exclusively. Gotta roll with the punches, right?'Rani
shisha fan
thats a shame, i have 3 tubs of fusion here (watermelon, cactus pear and strawberry daiquiri) from mnhookah and those all still have 0.3% nicotine content.i got them yesterday for the first time and i`m very impressed with the fusion brand.especially the strawberry daiquiri, me and my dad were smoking it an hour ago and i think i got him hooked on hookah. I love their Strawberry Daquiri and Cactus Pear. And their Irish Cream is flippin' amazing. I also love the Honey Berry - but Starbuzz makes both Irish Cream and Honey Berry flavors so I won't feel the loss too much....But damn I loved the full 3% versions and will be buying boxes of them while it's still out there to stock up since shisha lasts about 3 years and I go through it pretty fast since I smoke every day. At least it's easy to track the change. They changed to washed same time they changed to tins, so if you're buying it in a box you're almost certainly still getting 3% nicotine.'Rani
MechAnt
I never really felt much buzz from Fusion especially because I smoke Tangiers a lot so this change is not too much of a problem for me. I still love their flavors and I won't stop buying!
boulderkid303
If you smoke everyday you prolly dont get a buzz anyway....so I don't really see how this effects you. If the price goes up sure, but if its the same, and the shisha smokes, taste, and lasts just as long I dont see any change in my view. I love fusion and will still be smoking it no matter what. If it still tastes like a dream, then yes, I'll keep buying and smoking it. However..... (big however) according to Eric whom I've gotten a lot of my shisha knowledge from, when you change from washed to unwashed or vice versa the flavor definitely changes. Ask him sometime or check old posts where he talked about the difficulty of flavoring being consistent between unwashed and washed. My only real problem switching back to Starbuzz primarily is that they have never (to my knowledge) made 50 gram sample sizes so you can't try new flavors in small quantities and that's always going to be a definite plus for Fusion. As well as the price difference for those it matters to.'Rani
boulderkid303
I dont think they would change it unless they knew it was good. Im sure they tested it out. Thats a big move on there part, and they are stupid if they didn't test for big changes in any flavors. Anyway like you, I hope its still good. Voski
I have only bought fusion peach because it smelled super good, the taste however was really watered down didn't like it at all. It smoked very thick though.
Bulldog_916
Starbuzz is .05%. I dont see how that really affects your will to smoke Fusion. Yes, the formula may change a small amount, but I think they'd be doing Quality Control with a big change like that, if it ever was a change they made.
